2nd Grade Teacher
Hi! My name is Mrs. Diane Krause (pronounced Crowzy). I am excited to be serving at Celebration Lutheran School as the Second Grade Teacher!
I began teaching in 1991. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to teach a variety of grade levels and staff including second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, gifted reading, and many teachers (when I served as an instructional coordinator and educational coach).
My husband, David, and I have three fabulous grown children (Cassidy, Shawn, & John) and two adorable grandchildren (Arabella, 9 and Aurora, 4). We also have a ten year old Yorkie, Gabriella Louise, who is part of the “Canine for Christ” ministry. We moved to Kaukauna in August 2023.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with our granddaughters. I also love reading, playing pickleball, bike riding, the color pink, cinnamon bears, sea otters, decorating, and beating Mr. Kause in a game of cribbage.
We are active partners (members) at Christ the Rock in Menasha. We both attend Bible study groups and help mentor young couples as they prepare for marriage. We have served on mission trips together over the years (at El Ayudante, Honduras) as well.
It is such an honor to share my God-given gift of teaching and learning with students as I help them grow their love for learning, their love for God, and their love for others. I look forward to being part of the CLS family, and I am tickled pink to see how God will bless my time here at Celebration Lutheran School!
